The staff seemed to reflect improvements in customer service training, which is certainly commendable.While the property exuded a welcoming ambiance, there was a slight discrepancy in room conditions, with some areas showing signs of wear and tear that may require attention. Despite this, the facilities provided met basic requirements adequately.The location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The hotel's strategic proximity to Toronto Pearson International Airport was advantageous for travelers like me.In conclusion, my stay was satisfactory, with room for improvement in aspects of maintenance and room quality. The hotel's efforts to create a comfortable environment are evident, and with further enhancements, it has the potential to provide a more enjoyable experience for guests.
